Many times these cases come from kids born right here that are not vaccinated, their parents bought into the all vax are bad camp.

The measles is brought in by people from other countries, eradicated by vaccinating everyone in the area and then brought in again. This has repeated for many years. Anyone entering our country should have to be health checked and vaccinated, to protect Americans, who won't vaccinate their children.

Being allowed to enter our country, is a privilege for foreigners, not a right. We can make and enforce rules and conditions for entry. Even craphole countries frequently do.

As a military brat I was immunized for everything (got a scar on my left shoulder to prove it). Telling me I am protected at 51 years old from the mutated versions being brought in? The few that won't immunize in the general population are not bringing in the mutated versions.

One can say that the measles vaccine is the only thing keeping that disease alive...

That's a valid point. Shed, modified live vaccines could potentially keep a virus going in a weakened form, though the conditions would have to be just right. All the evidence I have seen shows that measles is coming from untreated, third world, population reservoirs.

I about died from an adverse reaction after getting the Flu, Shingles and Moderna Covid vaccine at Kroger, at one time like they recommended. My immune system attacked my red blood cells, severely damaging their ability to carry oxygen. I don't plan on ever getting vaccinated again.

I do think the commonly given childhood vaccines are beneficial for most.
