Buy the large tube style and cut it thick, score it 4 times to prevent cupping and you can fry it, or toss it on the grill with BBQ sauce. Excellent!

I've had it before , but it wasn't until I moved to El Reno , Ok. that I experienced people bringing those big logs of bologna to throw on the grill for a big cookout. I'm a fan .

I grew up poor. That's about all I ate once all peanut butter and jelly was gone. Once the bologna was gone, it was sugar sandwiches with butter as a sticking agent.
Ain't poor no more, so I do not eat bologna nor green eggs and ham no more.

Trapper 7 mentioned venison bologna. I ran out this past year, so 50lbs of venison trim went to the processor. Along with everything else I have several ring bolognas coming.
