Can't find the post but a few weeks back someone said they been using the 14ga wire from yard guard for there coon cages . Who was that ? Just wanted to see just how well it was working for you .

14ga. is ok for colony type traps. I've even caught a few woodchucks using 14 ga. but that was almost a one and done deal. The bottom of the trap was a little tore up. Use 12 with some extra bracing and 10 for the door.
