After a woman was shot and killed by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer in Minneapolis on Wednesday, Democrats and liberal media are in a fury. To prevent future deadly situations, here is a helpful guide on how to avoid being shot by ICE officers.
Step 1: Do not interfere in ICE operations. Witness video of the incident does not capture everything leading up to this shooting, but the videos do show the woman with her car parked in the middle of the road, blocking traffic, in front of multiple ICE vehicles. Generally speaking, a good way to avoid being approached by law enforcement is to avoid breaking the law, which would include not blocking traffic, especially when the traffic you are stopped in front of is law enforcement.
Step 2: Listen to law enforcement when they tell you to step out of the car. Video shows the ICE officers approaching the woman who was blocking the road and instructing her repeatedly to “get out of the car.” When law enforcement tells you to get out of the car, you should get out of the car. When law enforcement attempts to open your door to get you out of the car because you did not follow that instruction, you should let them open your door and get you out of the car. Complying with law enforcement instructions is typically a good way to avoid getting yourself injured.
Step 3: Don’t try to drive away. If you have failed the first two steps, there is one more thing you can do to ensure your own safety, and that is to avoid trying to drive through law enforcement officers who are stopping your vehicle. This means that you should not drive away while an officer is holding on to your door handle, which the woman did. You should especially not try to drive right through an officer who is standing in front of your vehicle, which the woman did, evidently hitting that officer, who fatally shot her after nearly being run over. Your car is a dangerous weapon, and law enforcement officers, who do not want to have to shoot you, will do so if you put their lives at risk.

Oh wow that other angle, at around the 50 second mark clearly shows her ramming into the cop and pushing him back a few feet as he shoots, and then spins to the side to try to escape. I can't imagine any jury would find him guilty.
The devil's greatest trick isn't making us think he doesn't exist. It's flattering us. So we don't see..... the devil is us.

Many people struggle with what they think or expect an officer should do in a life threatening situation.
"just jump out of the way"..... "step only 2 steps to the side"....blah, blah, blah...
Thank God that out courts will look at the TOTALITY OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES from the perspective of the officer involved.
There is no other fair way!

There is no other fair way! Agreed It's one thing to sit back after the action from a third party viewpoint and see routes of escape that the person facing the threat could not see and say aha it was... Totally another thing to be the guy staring down the barrel of the gun. Got to put yourself in that guy's position working with the facts available to him at that time.

Two shot in Portland, CBP agents involved.
There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

There is no other fair way! Talking about this today, I've saw a guy having what looked like full body convulsions while trying to shoot a doe, guy I was talking with watched his cousin unload a 30/30 at a deer without ever firing the gun. People expect perfection from cops but the reality is it will never happen

I heard that Waltz asked ICE to leave the state. Didn't exactly ask, but demanded. He is one tough SOB you know.

I hate commenting on these threads but here I am. Crazy how different angles tell a different story. The lady in the original should’ve been tazed or something, I had to mute the video. I don’t know how people can put up with that without losing their crap on them. Bottom line, and it doesn’t matter what angle you look at, follow orders when the badge has a firearm drawn.

She had cleared the officer with the front of her car before he got the shot off . If he was touched at all by her car it was from him leaning in , trying to get the right angle on the shot through the windshield......he failed.....he shoots again as she passes by Injured ? My a__

AG, I’ve seen other videos from other angles. It was a good shoot, IMO.
