My wife and I shoot on a trap league twice a year..
I’m the trap coach of our school team..
my daughter won the state a couple of times, one national championship and got invited to try out for the Olympics..
I only now load about 3000 shells a year, as my daughter doesn’t shoot like she used to ..
I have a atlas stainless 12 bolt thrower and 2 others made in France , but I can’t recall the name.. lol

I enjoy it but haven't done very much of it recently.

I've shot trap and sporting clays and really liked it but all the sporting clay ranges have closed up since then.

Shot Trap & Skeet for many years. Had a specially designed Sporting Clay range on my farm called a "Devils Triangle". It was tough for even Level 3 shooters. They're average was 36 out of 50 clays. One single high & low house, birds & rabbits thrown straight out. Shooters moved to various stations. I Primarily used the Sport Trap throwers which, IMHO, were better than Lincolns.

We have a Clay range around here that kinda exclusive. I got a deal on the two throwers and my son finally became interested in shotguns this year. I haven’t loaded shotgun shells in a long while. I’ve got about 600lbs of shot I picked yo for $50 about 12 years ago. We set up and shot two boxes of clays last weekend with a few friends from church. Planning a church men’s clay shoot event end of the month.

Trap shooting is huge in my area. I've shot for 50 years. We have two major leagues within driving distance. One has over 400 shooters.

Used to. Shot 4H for many years then moved up to ATA shoots. Had a ton of fun and did very well. But its been many years since I shot anything at a regular club. My oldest daughter and son have gotten into clays so I have a cheap hand thrower and we go out as much as possible. Been a few years since I looked but think you would have to rob a bank to be able to afford to reload anymore like I used to.

I used to shoot skeet at a few different sportsmen's clubs with a 410 Browning pump. Got pretty good at it. But now those are days long gone by.

Been shooting sporting clays for 50+ years, off and on. Wife wants to get into it now so maybe I'll have to start reloading more lol. I enjoy the sub gauges more than the 12 ga ones.
