Ive used a few different ones. The one I have now is just your standard cheap blue one.
My problem/gripe is that they're all very stiff and rigid. I flesh out in the barn where it's only a out 35-40 degrees and that makes it even stiffer.
What do you guys use
Does anyone have a more flexable one?

The one I use is similar. Bought a 3 pack that were military surplus and were cheap. It’s kinda stiff but t does what I need it to do

I have a pretty heavy black one. But my fleshing is in 55 degrees. I have had it for many years still in good shape.

Construction trash bag with 3 holes cut in it might be a better option in some cases.

I use a heavy black one. They are not cheap Those thin ones dont last me very very long. I get a hole where I use my belly to hold stuff on the beam. Mine is "stiff". I dont mind. It does not cause me any problems.

I bought two of the heavy black ones for my granddaughter and myself. they were from one of the trapping supply houses but I don't remember which one.

Same one I use Dale, it’s had a little grease on it.

I think mine is a weibe? It’s brown and it’s not too bulky for me. I like that the strap that ties behind you is connected to the neck strap so the thing isn’t hanging off my neck and drooping. Once I tie it behind me it stays put

I am using a heavy duty black rubber apron from Minnesota Trapline I believe, it is stiff but it has fixed straps, no tying behind my back. At first I didn't like it, but if you slip one arm out, then the other you can pick it right up over your head and off. The connection from each side of the chest goes over your shoulders and crosses your upper back to the opposite hip connection. I am also a member of the beam on my chest club and have a few stained sweatshirts from failed aprons, this one is pretty tough.

The Freedom Brand one is pretty good. Not too stiff or rigid.
I've tried different ones but always eventually wear through them.

Being cheap and always using what I have. One I used was top half old pair black rubber waders. My current one although a bit heavy. Is a piece of rubber roofing. I got it from nearby business they were tearing off. Hosed it off good add 4 grommets for some rope.
Good to go. Gets a bit slippery pinning coon to the beam. I have piece burlap lean on that gor traction. .

I’ve always thought when my chest waders got too many holes in it I’d cut the legs short and use it as a skinning apron. You might try that.

To save the hassle of reaching behind me with the MTP like apron shown I put a loop of cable on one side and added a French style dog snap to the other strap so I just need to clip it that way.

Dale i use the freedom apron from FNT out of the box it holds the seam folds until you warm it up and get some coon fat rubbed in i think its 16 bucks and very durable

I like the butcher shop ones.
They are white making tick spotting easy.
And machine wash.

we use an old pair of neoprene waders. look at them closely and cut to fit the way you want. add a rope and a snap to hold in place. lasts forever.
