I have electric on demands. Not cheaper to use but you can put them anywhere you can get wire.

Maybe not the same folks since one is a plumber and one is a roofer, but the same kind of folks. I looked at what the unit alone cost and decided the quote was rediculous, especially considering LP was already available in the utility room.

So that heats your domestic hot water and is hooked up to your radiant heat system the outdoor wood burner used to run I take it. Do you have radiant heating in the floor or heat exchanger tha t runs forced air them round the house?
