Since ya'll can't keep your crap weather in your own miserable area's I have had to check anti freeze in vehicles for first time in 35 years, got a generator working after it caught fire from climate change adaptation's they have to install now so yankee's don't get scared im changing the climate, space heaters bought, extry grocery's, can't find a gallon of milk or a loaf of bread within 500 miles of here, don't drink milk so don't care on that one. People are running in and out of store's like Somali's being chased by ice. Guess it's hillbilly's being chased by a chance of ice? lol.
120 hours of below freezing temps and everyone is acting like it's the end times, lol.
Not my circus, not my clowns.

Meanwhile....down here in the Deep South....Im currently preparing to enjoy pinching some bobcat and coyote toes on a few frosty mornings over the next couple weeks starting tommorrow.
Stay warm my friends!

Had some guys show up here one winter to pick up a truck load of raccoon carcasses and haul them back to southern mississippi. They got here after dark it was 8 degrees. I think they nearly died. I did put on my sweatshirt. I’ve had guys here from Wisconsin delivering feed bunks and they wonder in (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) froze over, so I’m thinking Iowan’s are just tougher than the rest.

… got to drain the pipes tomorrow… it’s rolling in Had a little 6" section of water pipe to the washing machine freeze last night. A little insulation got pulled out from behind it somehow. 5 min with the wife's hair dryer and little pipe insulation and we should be good to go. Won't be no pooping in a bucket for us. -20 here with the wind chill.

-40 windchill last night. I went and helped the neighbor milk cows so he could do chores and finish early, not so bad if you use some common sense and work together.

and since you brought up Somalis... I feel like you should have to suffer -25 temps or Somalis but its downright unfair to be burdened by both!

I've started wearing gloves more often. Must be getting older.

Stay warm my friends! Yep, nothing better than hunting and trapping when you can see your breath. Happy pinching....
