IDK, I'm no fur buyer but I know it wasn't a very pretty kitty and was kinda small. It's back and sides were pretty bland, not all spotted/striped like I see in yours.

You're right I have only set cage traps since my health has me from doing many things.
I used to trap over 400 rats a season, from farm ponds before the rats disappeared.
I haven't really set a line since 2011 , when they told me I have to go on oxygen.
I still refuse to use it!

The video shows a cop pulling the gun out of the perp's hand one second before the law enforcement shots rang out.
It is very likely that they hollered "Gun,Gun,Gun." when they were in the process of wrestling the gun away from the perp.
When that happens, you shoot when you have a clear shot. The shots took place one second after the gun was taken away from the perp. One second is not long enough to call off the shots. Besides that the guy showed no sign of giving up once they got the gun away from him.
Very much a legal shoot.
