Steak ain't gotta be basically raw to be tender and juicy seriously folks act like it's it's not mooing at ya and bleeding like a stuck pig it's gonna be dry and chewy and a done steak that's not is some.form of black magic... Not hard to do

That's what I usually do but honestly been getting kinda sick of the taste ... Getting burnt out Steak n General. But something about a done steak

My mom used to broil steaks until they were well done. We didn’t mind at all. They tasted good. These days I go medium rare but I’m not opposed to a good steak that is cooked longer.
I haven’t bought a good tasting steak from a store in ages, not since the days of Super Kmart

I liek jsut medium,but Wolfie's streak looks well to me medium well to WELL, I"ll eat an over cooked steak but I wont like i much. Medium hot pink maybe a bit of red, but I want the whole thing WARMED no blue for me.

It's about flavor too. A well done steak doesn't have the same flavor. To each their own. I don't judge.

I prefer medium rare steaks. They taste better and are usually more tender. Most steaks nowadays are chewy if only cooked to rare, though the flavor is decent. That steak is way overcooked for my preferences.

I didn't claw my way to the top of the food chain to eat raw meat...any possum can do that.

A steak from the grocery store and a steak aged for a long time from the butcher shop are different too.
