another question...why are these protestors so opposed to Democracy?
(I'd remind you that America voted for these illegals to be removed.) Minnesotans didn't vote for this. Especially the twin cities. Just because a guy barely wins an election with not a majority of the votes does not mean America voted for this. Less than half of America voted for this. what an idiotic "argument". if you want your own country, secede (and make us ALL happy)

a question for outdoorlonghair...
why is Minneapolis the only place these problems exist?
I'll say this, too...if local officials allowed ICE into the jails to pick up these criminals, NONE of the drama would be happening.
(please try to reply without playing the Victim Card.)
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Because it's the state that they're sending the most uncontrollable barely trained officers to with orders to cause chaos in order to provoke the citizens into civil unrest. the chaos is being instigated by your mayor and Tampon Tim

Who are the "us" you speak of? the unhappy Minnesotans, for one group... That’s everybody that had their candy taken away. They’re adults now and don’t get over it like they did when they were children. This is the “time out” fruit.

I wish I knew this info during "Biden's" administration...I could have just moved to a red state and avoided all the crap it splattered over the blue landscape. who KNEW that federal laws don't apply to you, if your local population didn't vote for them???

What would a subject know of 2A and rights not granted by a king? Obviously nothing. There’s clearly no way to know anything unless you are a YouTube or Facebook “Warrior” from Georgia. lol Learn for yourself what Patel and Noem said about the rights to wear a gun to a protest. I’m sure you won’t, being a bootlicker for the administration is too easy in comparison to actually considering how they are throwing 2A supporters under the bus while trying to weasel out of this one.

I do not trust any political figure when it comes to any of our constitutional rights. Anyone who does, is well…… EXACTLY

Important to note the Who COMMIT CROMES
They have been grabbing people when they show up to scheduled immigration hearings, you know immigrants who are following the law and doing it the right way.

Most Americans support deporting the criminals. What do the polls say about the non criminals? There is a reason that illegals are being painted with the criminal brush, while the majority of deportees are not convicted criminals. You can deport them all, as far as I'm concerned, but that is not how the majority feels.

I like it when our "quiet for 15 years" friend said that ICE is going to get "60 billion" this year but gee whiz ICE's budget in FY2024 (the actual budget the federal government is still operating under because the "compromise" for FY 2025 was a full year CR which was still using FY 2024's budget) was about 10 billion. Although, I admit I have not looked to see if the BBB greatly added a bunch more money to ICE but I doubt even in Orange Man's wildest dreams that it could have been 5X.
And there's good chance that the government will go into "shut down" again this weekend because the Senate (unless Thune takes it "nuclear") won't pass the Dept of DHS appropriations bill. Most likely, once again, the FY 2026 budget (federal FY 2026 started on Oct 1, 2025) will be just to do a "CR" again for the whole year, which (yes you guessed it) will still be based on the FY 2024 (last Biden budget) funding.
As for someone who has just retired from the federal government, I'm sure OPM will figure out what my fairly small (wasn't a lifer) government annuity (what some people call a "pension") will by by next Christmas. And with most public sector annuities, at least with the federal ones, a person takes a fairly good hit taking a survivorship clause for a spouse (of which if I kick off first, my wife only gets about 60% of my already reduced amount for taking that option). When its all said and done, my federal "pension" will cover my health insurance premiums and maybe most of my house's property taxes. And the ICE and Border Patrol guys make considerably less as a cop than I did as a researcher but I only had about 18 years in when everything is figured out.
As for selling out to the billionaires by supporting Orange Man, many US billionaires send campaign contributions to both the Red and Blue teams and if they do just one party, the Blue team has plenty of billionaires to fund them as well. If anyone thinks that big money is just a one way street, well, I guess you're pretty naive.

If anyone thinks that big money is just a one way street, well, I guess you're pretty naive. You've got some homework to do boy! Check that BBB they got 170 billion for the next 5 years if I remember right. Also the CR has another 60 I'm sorry for being more informed than you. Problem is when your side's in office you just check out and trust that they're not running us into the ditch. Well guess what they've been up to over the past year?

Defendants are sometimes encouraged to when forced to "Face the Music". Thanks for the answer But really! What makes you think I'm going to have anything to do with being a defendant?
