Need some good suggestions. Used Zatarains the other day and it was really bland.
Looking for something with good spice but not hot.

Actually, zaterains would be my go to

Done hundreds of boils, just don't be shy withe the seasong

Cut the small taters in half, they soak up the seasong better

Old Bay Crab Boil is very good. Also, salt water really adds to the flavor. In Alaska, we boiled a lot of prawns and shrimp. Always tried to use ocean water.

Old Bay is a good change up. I steam my crab, mostly. Half cup of salt and about a gallon of tap water. Shrimp get sautéed in butter, wine, salt, pepper, and lemon. Or they get incorporated into a recipe.
