Crazy the damage y'all have

I kinda figured y'all were iced in. Hope you get it cleared soon and everything is ok.

It really is. I spent the first 25 years of my life in western NY where lake effect snow was the norm. We had a bad ice storm there in the late 80s but not like this. Then I spent a decade in Illinois with its howling wind chills and drifting, packed snow. But I have never seen a winter storm do this amount of damage. I've seen tornadoes do less damage than this!!!

I'm curious why you need to run the truck motor to charge your phone? All the cell phones I've ever had run on a 5V battery. Very low amperage draw and not near enough drain to run down a 12V automotive battery.
