F a f o

New video appears to show Alex Pretti spitting at federal agents and damaging a government SUV days before he was fatally shot by U.S. Border Patrol agents in Minneapolis.

The News Movement released the video – reportedly recorded Jan. 13 – on Wednesday, showing a man resembling Pretti, with a beard, glasses and clothing similar to what he was wearing when he was killed.

The man is seen shouting and spitting at federal agents before kicking the taillight of a federal SUV, causing it to break.

As he shouts "f--- you" repeatedly and flashes double middle fingers, agents exit the vehicle, approach him and take him to the ground.

Obviously the dude shouldn't have done that, and should have been arrested. That taillight, along with the cost of replacement, is probably $600+. I'm curious as to why he wasn't arrested at that point.

That being said....the only thing that determines whether or not a shooting is justified self-defense is what happened in that moment. What happened days before is irrelevant. That goes for any shooting, police or civilian. As such, this dude breaking a taillight several days ago has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not his shooting was justified.

I think he’s just pointing out that he was not as peaceful as the MSM would have wanted you to believe I don’t see where anyone said it was related to the shooting. My lawyer buddy sent me the same line about word for word what a coincidence! LOL

So loose goose you missed the point, the media paints him as a man of peace, video evidence proves he is not. You have an agenda so it clouds what you see, the rest of us can see, so fear not.

Lol. You're curious why he wasn't arrested? There's a 100,000+ criminals living in Minnesota right now, all having committed felony crimes, and the state and local government couldn't care less. And you're curious why they didn't arrest a guy for breaking a tail light... : sarcasm:

For those saying this new video shows he wasnt a peaceful person video also appears to show you can have a gun and not get shot.
If that is a gun in his waistband.

It is. Watch it on U Tube video and slow it down to 1/4 speed. You can clearly the butt of a pistol in his waist band above his right hip.

Wow. Showing that much aggression to federal law enforcement officers. And he brought a firearm to the party.

The ICE heroes screwed up. They should have killed him (whoever it is in the video) for kicking the taillight. Inexcusable.

If he woulda spent a week in jail for busting that tail light he mighta kept his protest down to legal activities. Shouting, sign waving, rather than interfering with LE. Shoplifters won't be smoking crack if they get six months in the county jail rather than going on to home invasion and getting shot by a scared husband and father.

Those who would give up essential liberty, to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)
