Got some flurries going on here but nothing sticking, brother Paul getting all that good stuff up that way and he can have it. Ms. is still in the ice age with no electricity or anything! Not sure how them folks are surviving in that tangled up mess over there.

About an hour of flurries just ended here at the Ga-Fl line.

I was feeding the deer on my place down in the river bottom when it started. It was trying to stick with those big fluffy flakes but not quite enough was falling.

Unique experience being on SxS putting out corn in the snow.

They are still without power, said it might be 3 to 5 weeks as of this morning. Hoping to be able to get road from their house to the county road opened and be able to get out today, been stuck back in there since last weekend! Is as bad as a Cat 3 hurricane is what she was told. Massive amount of tree's and lines down over a large area. Big mess!

Three to five weeks? That's crazy!

We had 4 below 2 mornings ago. Zero yesterday. We haven't seen about 32 in 9 days. Last week we got 19" of snow. Not too bad. We used to get a lot more in the 70s and 80s.

What's depressing is watching the national weather and finding out that the stuff we deal with 4 months of the year is a disaster when it shows up anywhere else.

Nice here today no wind and the sun was shining, worst part in those ice storms is getting enough poles into those areas, I highly doubt that any power supply company there has enough poles on hand to make up for all the broken ones.
