- home made egg noodles (chicken and noodles over mashed potatoes). Takes a dozen egg yolks so I made an angel food cake with the whites, just like mom did 50 years ago.

Left over taco meat. Ladies are at a high school basketball game over a hour away. The young ones are likely grabbing fast food. Guessing I will be making the wife a burger at about 11 p.m.. Salad pending her level of hunger. lol If you ain't gonna make the game it is dishes, laundry and a home cooked meal when they get home. lol It works in this house.

Pork chops and applesauce, that's swell

Wings and tots here tonight

Straight up venison backstrap with salt and pepper

Grilled steak with sauteed onions and mushrooms, whipped potatoes, beans, and apple sauce

pork fried rice cauliflower rice, leftover pork from the grill, season with stir fried seasoning

Made a braised pork shoulder, with gravy from the liquid....who needs sides?, lol

Made some wild turkey breast white chili last week. Lots of beans, onions, sweet corn, turkey breast and spices to taste. First time with this recipe and it was pretty good and uses up a lot of the garden veggies too.
