First ever attempt. Just made them now. Used the instant pot to hard boil the eggs and they peeled easier than any other hard boiled egg I made using boiling water.

Usually let them soak for a week or two to absorb the added flavors and let them pickle.

When I did mine the other day. I used my electric vacuum jar sealer. Guy could probably eat them the next day after drawing small vacuum on them. I'm still going to wait several days always have.
I think Im going to grab couple more dozen. Try ADC boiling time. Want to do some in mustard type pickling. Haven't tried that one yet.

Ive done an Amish mustard recipe in the past...turned out great.


I have made a few different batches. The latest one, I used a bread and butter pickle brine I had left over from making pickles. I added jalapenos, red pepper flakes and onions to the jar and poured the hot brine over it all. They are pretty good.
