Well one could argue... that beyond the gibberish the very first part of the lyrics is "this is for the ones that don't have any answers" and it goes on to the crackhead, hookers, and liquor drinkers. Maybe the 2nd song was a reference to the first that Jesus is the answer! Lol long stretch but just maybe!
