Been watching the recaps of the biathlons. If you want to improve your skills, or if you are a parent teaching a youngster, watch the women's. Specificly watch the action and trigger. Nearly every event has been won/lost on the trigger pull. The men are good, but I believe there are better women shooters. All the perfect and near perfect scores come with incredibly smooth touch. If you want to see perfection, take a look and focus on how they work the action and touch that trigger with such smooth precision.
