..to protect our rights. As a lifelong conservative, having watched quite a few attorney generals dodge questions in congressional hearings, I've got to say that Bondi's testimony today was one of, if not the, worst. Quite the embarrassment. I think its time that she gets her walking papers. I don't think she is capable, nor would I trust her to defend my 2nd Amendment rights!

What did she do wrong? I didn't watch it because I knew the Dems would ask stupid questions looking for their 15 seconds of fame. Funny thing is the Dems could have released the files which proves they don't care about the victims. Much prefer Bondi over Bidens Garland but you guys do you.

People have short memories , and lack the ability to see the disaster a camel administration would have been to this country

There is always grand standing for both sides. But some are asking legitimate questions. Questions that the public wants to know. The way she answered them was a disgrace. Notably when someone was asking her about the Epstein survivors sitting behind her, and if they should be owed and apology for having their names exposed in the data dump, she responded by saying the Dow was over 50,000 so people should be happy. It was quite embarrassing.

I would argue that Bondi's testimony was worse than Garland's. I don't know what you mean by "you guys do you " when you admitted that you hadn't even watched it.

Bondi has been a disaster for months. I can't understand why Trump doesn't give her her walking papers.

I didn't even bring up Trump. It was about Bondi and her ability to stand up for the law and our rights. Geez

Why do they want her to apologize to the victims who's names were exposed when the dems are the ones who made her do it?

Her answer was as pertinent as the question. She would have no reason to apologize about anything that was asked of her. Nevertheless, I believe she is is a dingbat. We could do better.

Blaming the prior administration or the other side is not a reasonable argument. This Epstein case spans back to at least Bush Jr if not longer. This administration campaigned on transparency, namely clearing up this Epstein mess. I would submit that how they are handling it is worse than not bringing it up at all, like what's been done in the past few administrations.

The difference in this case versus many of the others, is it's really not a partisan issue. Both Republicans and Democrats ask her the same question and she gave the same response to both. They were legitimate questions that the public wants answered. The way she chose to answer is an insult to the public.

Pivoting to the Dow being over 50,000 rather than first apologizing to the victims, regardless whether it was her fault or someone else's, is not how a professional attorney general should handle it.

I watched the whole hearing. If you're getting your news from sound bites you're not going to get the whole picture.

The Epstein case is beside the point. She is not someone who I would want arguing on my behalf of my second amendment rights.

Again....

They are the ones who passed the bill requiring her to dump the info.

That should've been her answer, but the bimbo in her took over. Legit questions? Not hardly.

I don’t know what the talk about the Dow at 50,000 had to do with anything that was being discussed at the hearing.

Next they'll want to dig Epstein up to hang him again, lol.

Oh wait, he's not actually dead. The rich and powerful got him hid away on some island.

Poor attempt at telling them to go somewhere?

If memory serves me correct it was both sides that passed the bill overwhelmingly.

The bill states that victims names shall be redacted.

The elite are circling the wagons.

Hippie, the bill that was passed into law, which required Republican votes, stated that the victim's names can be redacted.

Many of them were not. The CURRENT DOJ dropped the ball on it. No other way around it.

Read that again.

Substituting an apology with the performance of the stock market, while siting 5 ft away from some of those very victims, was a sad response.
