Just wondering if anyone out has used PVC corrugated roof panels? If so what is your experience of longevity and structural strength in the product.

I used a type of corrugated panels for a chicken coop, it wasn't PVC, but some kind of plasticky fiber material from Home depot, Don't know if they still stock it but that stuff was great, much heavier than the flimsy plastic or FG ones, more expensive too of course but it's held up very well...

Mom has a smoke color type of panel over her deck been over 5 years and only high winds have loosened a few spots that rattle till you fix them. I can the actual product name if you want , i think , as moms starting to forget things.

we have used the PVC on a couple small projects. Would not recommend for anything you want longevity for. They expand and contract way too much. Spent way too much time and effort in screwing around with pre-drilling holes and hoping it didn't warp much. Not happy with them.

Not sure what your using them for but if your just wanting a few skylights we installed them on top of wall under soffit on storage side of our building in Canada. Good light but not quite as much light as when installed on roof. No leak worries though.

I put 4 of them on the shop roof when we built it 20 years ago here at home. They were great for about the 1st 10 years. Then they all started to leak around screws.

I used the white ones on our chicken coop and they are holding up pretty well.
Cooler in the summer also.

I used 2 different types of clear plastic roofing on my out house at my cabin one type is called pel and the other was called sun tuff the sun tuff is a much better product and more ridged … I have had condensation issues with both products and will be putting metal on the roof in the spring ….
