I too always put the cinnamon in the mix and then add my homemade jam and maple syrup!!!

Looks great, Lug. Havent had it in awhile, but made it all the time when kids were growing up. Egg, vanilla, and plenty of cinnamon fried to light golden brown......good stuff.

This is my granddaughters concoction. We only have these types of breakfasts when she's here. She whips up the mix or the batter if we're having pancakes and I do the cooking.

Cinnamon french toast is what I made the wife yesterday morning. Been some time since I made that for breakfast. It was very good.
