I don't remember if I sold my very first fur to Jack, if not him, then Ken Webb in Stanton. This would have been in the late '60's.

Aaron Proffitt trapper Joined: Oct 2007 OK	No idea of any individual buyers but , when I was a kid, I'd sell in the parking lot behind Richards Brothers Market in West Plains, Mo.. Used to be able to get $30 for a big raccoon in the round. Kid you not. Usually would be several different buyers present. Some of the other Ozarks guy might remember. Honor a Soldier. Be the kind of American worth fighting for.
