Pete in Frbks trapper Joined: Dec 2006 Fairbanks, Alaska	I'm at my winter place in northern NJ. I began tapping last Monday; the latest start I've ever had here. Daytime temps were just too darned low for decent sap production. Over the last couple of days, flow has picked up pretty well. Now, with a large snowstorm in the fc for Sunday night, I may be out of business for a while longer! Pete

Ruled-Out trapper R Joined: Nov 2023 Minnesota	Pretty early for up here. We just got a big mess of snow earlier this week 30" so spring is a ways out. Maybe next week I'll try and break a trail into the cooking area.
