Seeing a lot more body modification lately people are getting a bit bolder about it tats on the face and neck areas more, it seems like some is not as tacky looking. The local TV younger personality’s have the one nostril clip that’s not as tacky as the hog ring choice. It’s a competitive job market for younger folks I think it risky if you make the wrong choice that holds you back making it a tough choice employment wise.
Then you look at Post Malone and Jelly Roll that are doing very well in the entertainment industry but would be unemployable in other situations it’s a judgement call. Jerry, I don’t think much is thought about judgment, I believe it is all about peer presure and trying to one up their friends! lol. I can think of many ways to waste my money before I start sticking crap through my body parts! A face tattoo is a lifelong commitment the piercing can come and go that ear lobe ring thing is pretty permanent as is the under the skin props,, lots of ways to modify a person’s body now.

I thought they were braces when I saw them.
That's what I thought too. I watched much of the skating competition and she was pretty flawless in her moves. Not surprised that she won. I really don't care about her teeth.

That appears to simply be a frenulum piercing. Yep, and she did it to herself.

Just an old man observation.....not about the piercing
Before, during and after the competition, she appeared to be having a ball and enjoying herself to the fullest. Very loose and relaxed in the moment. Many of her competitors looked like springs wound too tight, a bundle of nerves and looked miserable.
She just appeared to have a better mental approach and it translated into a better overall performance and presentation. X2

I didn't say I disapproved, just wanted to hear your opinions. The young lady looks like a wild child but she skated beautifully and looked like she was enjoying herself. Go USA.

Well there are some members on here that want you to believe if you're a figure skater or an ice dancer, you're queer.

Well there are some members on here that want you to believe if you're a figure skater or an ice dancer, you're queer. Only if you're male.

Well, I don't feel that way about them. I'm impressed on what they can do on ice.

When I watched her program...she was smiling and nailing the jumps ...
And looking HOT while doing it....twas pure entertainment

That appears to simply be a frenulum piercing. Yup, a friend of mines sister-in-law has one. Looks like it would be annoying as heck to me, and I would never want one, but whatever. With that piercing, not only is it removable if you decide you no longer want it, or just don't want it for something like a job interview, but the piercing hole is totally invisible to anyone but your dentist.

That other BLOND female skater made some comments about being gay and not happy with whatever it’s not the place. I’m sure Johnny Weird is straight as an arrow too. LOL
Johnny did tone it down this year with the Liberace outfits that he wore the last time around I think he’s a hoot!

I've always thought the people who get those face tats, gauged earrings, hula hoops or rivets in their noses, etc., must be mad at their father.

None of it matters at the end of the day the ones that do nothing but bash the Nation that sends them there to compete are the ones I have no respect for it takes away from the support for the others that appreciate the opportunities.
