That does not bode well for the lithium battery plants being built in the U.S. If those claims are true, and it appears they are, plants under construction here will have to be remodeled. Assuming the technology is easily replicated.

I don't think most people realize how inexpensive many items have become. One day of work buys a decent .22. Two days of work buys a 60" TV, A week of work and you can buy a refrigerator. Consumer items are dirt cheap in comparison to the past, accounted for inflation.
