There should've been tons of footage ! When I worked for the BOP, documentation was key. Every major incident, someone was designated to grab the camera. Every major event. The suicide of a high profile inmate ? Definitely. We'd have a camera out for any suicide or attempt. Now you include the installed , static cameras ? Not buying it.
