Taste buds?

I wonder if there will be enough coffee and middle fingers to make it through the day.

Tony's got all that stuff already in it, ....why would you need more spices?

There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

Paprika and Turmeric
I have to ask , do you ever grind your own pepper.

I use all ground as I go and feel like I need a lot less.
I mean I use a lot less peppery seasoning all around than you seem to.

I like these for pepper grinders I have 2 at the house and 1 at the farm.

I am going to give it several turns but it seems more potent when fresh ground.

I make a seasoned salt that is very universal then I can add to it if I want to go a specific direction.

Pete's Seasoned salt

3 g red pepper crushed (this stuff is potent and 3g gives it a hint of heat without any burn)
30g onion powder
30g turmeric
50g Paprika
50g Garlic
300g Salt Iodized sea salt

Shake
This fills a half of one of the large spice bottles that would hold 16oz of paprika

it makes 1 bottle and a pepper grinder rather than 6 bottles and a pepper grinder .

if you want to bump the crushed red pepper up to 15g and call it Nugget's seasoned salt go ahead

I generally mix it in my food proccessor weigh it all in then pulse it a bunch to mix it up and break up any little clumps that might have been in any of the seasonings. then put it in a reused spice jug with shaker top and label it up with a sharpie

I would eliminate the soy sauce, the rest looks good (except the green peppers, I don't like those, use jalapeņos instead).

Looks good.

Montreal Chicken and Traeger Fin n Feather are my go to chix seasoning/rubs. Whether baking, frying or smoking.

I grew up on it so it's kind of a memory thing, but cheap ol Shake n Bake, with a good dosing of either seasoning I mentioned above and a pan of bone in thighs is one of my faves.
