I am thinking a coopers hawk. Not a great picture for me to say for sure. I am not much of a bird of pray fan.

It's either an immature Cooper's Hawk or Sharp Shinned Hawk. There is some overlap in size, females being considerably larger than males, but for the most part Cooper's Hawks are 14" tall or taller and Sharp Shinned Hawks are less than 12" tall. I've hunted with Cooper's Hawks a bunch.

Coopers, Sharpshins are about identical except a little smaller, and slimmer...but both are considered bird hawks. Feed the birds and they'll show up!..lol

Cooper's or sharp shinned. As said above, there can be overlap in the sizes, often difficult to tell them apart.

We like watching them around our feeders.

Agree cooper or sharp shinned they hit my birds at my bird feeder at least once a year when weather dictates heavy feeding. Have not seen either this year. True predators cool to watch
