Poor retirement plan it sounds like no room for promotion. But they are definitely going somewhere. A little over here, a little over there, a little all over the place. Keith

I have nothing clever to put here.

Muslim martyrs get houris. Houris are described as "wide-eyed maidens" or "companions with beautiful eyes".
From the Quran:
"Surah Al-Waqi'ah (56:22–23, 35–37): Describes "houris" as chaste, like hidden pearls, untouched, loving, and of equal age.
Surah Ar-Rahman (55:56, 72–74): Speaks of restrained (chaste) houris whom no human or jinn has touched before.
Surah Ad-Dukhan (44:54) and Surah At-Tur (52:20): Mentions pairing with pure companions.
A commonly cited hadith appears in Sunan al-Tirmidhi (Hadith 1663 or similar numbering) and Musnad Ahmad, stating that a martyr (shaheed) receives six special rewards, including being married to 72 of the ḥūr ʿīn (wide-eyed houris/companions).
Similar narrations appear in other collections like Sunan Ibn Majah."

Keith You know the Quran well enough to quote it, chapter and verse? I find this interesting........... I've only read some of it and the Fatwahs. I cheated and used AI. I've studied many different religions since I was 6 years old. Back then I had photographic memory. I lost it when I had bad smoke inhalation, when I was 15. I have pretty good recall on most of what I've read, but nowhere near perfect anymore. When I was young, I could have recited many entire 300 plus page books by memory. I was more of a freak then, than I am now even. Fevers and sometimes CBD, sometimes allow me to access my photographic memories from when I was a child. Whatever neural pathways the lack of oxygen broke, reconnects. Keith
