Sourdough Sunday...

Little tip for you bakers...

If you zoom in...you can see some little blisters..

Those add a little more crunch.

You make those by spraying your bread...and spray the inside of the

Top lid with water.

Man those look awesome Nessie. gonna go to a local dairy in the next few weeks on a Saturday to learn how to make sourdough, as part of the class, you get a starter kit with the mother or whatever it is called.

I froze this whole loaf will crack it open in a few days. Grilled cheese is a regular meal at noon for me when I'm at the ranch.

Looks good ness my wife makes about 80-100 loaves a week for are farmers market if you haven’t tried make a cinnamon or cinnamon raisin it makes great French toast

My wife sells her sourdough bread too but not to that scale. I agree on the cinnamon raisin bread!
