Our Department of War has its own YouTube channel. You can watch the press releases, briefs and many other videos, straight from the source, without any sort of media spin.

Pete Hegseth comes across as a very capable Secretary of Defense. He is an excellent speaker. I think he may go on to be a Vice President or President of the United States.
In this new briefing, Pete has some excellent lines, well worth the watch. You can tell he has a good sense of humor and likes action movies.

It was the first time a US submarine has sunk an enemy ship with a torpedo since WWII. The footage of the explosion was shown yesterday and it was very impressive. All of the larger Iranian navy ships are sunk now, except for some little motor boats, which are hidden.

from what i understand that is why the A-10 was brought back into service was to deal with these fast little boats that have anti ship missile on board

if they ever truly retire to A10 they need to be shot on sight. perhaps make improvements but dont get rid of it. dam, ask any troop that has been in some fierce firefights and about to be over run. who saved their arses, the trusty A10.

I have a good friend here that was a pretty high level person at John Deere for many years, now retired.
He has a John Deere buddy who is also management level in Germany. Claus comes over every year to hunt the first day of pheasant opener and then bow hunt a few days of the deer season.
In our conversations with him about Trump and what goes on in the U.S. it becomes apparent to us that the news they receive isn't even close sometimes to what actually happened.
The last conversation in November with him he was complaining about Trump changing his mind about tariffs and that it was screwing things up in Europe.
I told my friend that was sitting at the table with us later that what Claus missed is that Trump wasn't elected to help Germany, he was elected to help America. If Germany is constantly having problems, maybe a new problem solver should be elected.

A very interesting turn of events has thousands of Iraqi Kurdish militia having crossed Iran's northern border. News is reporting they were neither discouraged or encouraged to by the U.S.. It's safe to say that they have Special Forces with them ,but that's just conjecture on my part.
Very interesting.

We ARE fed a lot of propaganda. I don't believe its propaganda though that many islamists believe its their holy obligation to kill anyone who doesn't convert. I have no problem with preventing them from building nuclear arms.

I have an older brother that lives in Germany. He told me about the same, and that all they get as far as news is CNN.

Where did Blaine's post go??? He had a respectful reply on here and now it's gone.....WHY?????????
We only get on here to listen to like minded people. We don't want to hear a different opinion. That my friend is sarcasm. Name calling is not sarcasm.
