Daggone I am so tired of waking up two or three times a night soaking wet with sweat.
Anybody got a cure?

Sleep in the nude and no covers might help.

Quit drinking,,Or don’t stop…both work

Low blood sugar, main cause if you eat sweet's prior to bed.

Night sweats are a serious sign of potential illness, especially cancer. See your doctor and get a real workup.

When my dad was first diagnosed with cancer this was the primary symptom

I seem to recall night sweats are related to diabetes.

Are you female and over the age of 45? If so menopause, if not I don't have a clue! LOL Sorry that would suck I hate trying to sleep when it is hot, hopefully it is nothing serious.

I was going to post the same thing. I hope it's not anything concerning but you should give your Dr. a call and ask. Off topic my wife has the fan running all winter at night but has a little heater blowing on her during the day and covers her legs and lap with a heavy blanket.

I picked up some sort of illness never diagnosed about a year ago. Was attending a little District rendevous on a Sunday. Half way through the day I started feeling badly. I could barely load my truck to get home, had to get folks to help me.

I fought what ever it was for near a year. Had nite sweats off and on for weeks. Sweat so badly I had the neighbor come up and change my sheets daily. Felt poorly, very weak nearly a year before I finally got to feeling better. I hope I don't get that again. Good thing I had some help to keep our orders going out daily.

I feel for you Cotton. I don't have an answer. Some sort of virus I suspect. I was checked for Lyme, Covid and other illnesses.

Now that I am nearing 80, I have realized that any alcohol during the day is going to disrupt my sleep. I might have sweats, neuropathy, gout, and or weird dreams. I go forever without falling asleep for an hour, then repeat the ordeal.

Old age sucks.

Don't drink a six pack a year
Cpap every night
Might have the sweats for a month then not do it for six months
Might last four months

I thought I was going to see this.

I've been told, men go through something similar to menopause. Not sure of the validity, but it makes sense we would have variations in the hormones we produce as we age. Might consider a testosterone replacement therapy? Best advice, ask your Dr.

Now that makes sense.
