I have never had a Bloody Mary. Amaretto is my favorite liquor. My paternal great grandfather and his ancestors for a few generations back, used to make Amaretto and Limoncello. He made lots of types of more regular booze during prohibition.

I don't drink however I do use Amaretto liquor in our pickled fish recipes. Gives it a very nice flavor and fragrance once it has cured.

Amaretto is good in cookies, cakes and other confectionaries too.

When I still drank I enjoyed a Bloody Mary. And red beers too.

Just the Bloody Mary mix without alcohol is good. Virgin Bloody Mary. Used to drink lots of it when I had tended. The worchester makes it great!

Look up some from The Blind Pelican Seafood House in NC. I'm going there to get one some day hopefully!

I have not had one in a decade or more but did enjoy them back them.

I always liked whiskey/bourbon and rum along with sweet wines. Never liked vodka

I don't drink anymore but I still love Bloody Mary mix. I'll just drink that stuff straight.

We like them with and without the vodka in them. Do all kinds of pickled veggies, celery, bacon, shrimp, lemon/lime wedges, sausage chunks, Worcestershire sauce. Like ADC mentioned, breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
BM mix with vodka makes a mean pot roast base! Try it!

I like them, but substitute tequila for the vodka.

V8 spicy is good all by itself so I imagine it would make a great Bloody Mary.
I’ll stick to beer.
