multiple homeowners on a bay are interested in having me to muskrat removal, Ive been out to this area before and caught quite a few out of one particular den,

would it be reasonable to set a ton of baited body grips around this bay? others have told me just to trap the known dens and disregard the rest. homeowners just want as many removed as possible.

One consideration would be pets...those baited bodygrips might be an issue there. Even if we have insurance, we sure don't want a video of us with a little girl's kitty cat in our conibear. Otherwise I would set both baited and blind sets.

I trapped out neighbor's pond and had best results blind setting 110's in the shallow water runs leading to the bank dens. Traps fully submerged and no bait.

Also caught a coon on a baited drowner set over a 1.5 coil spring........coon had to swim about 10 feet from shore to even get to it. Never did understand why he would want a submerged sweet potato or how he even knew it was there.
