Excellent Adirondack history dating from 1880s to 1916 when LOUIE SEYMOUR, the colorful hermit of the Canada Lakes region of the Adirondacks died. Louie was a trapper, Hunter and sometimes guide. This 209 page volume gives a good look at woods life in the Adirondacks over 100 years ago. Excellent writing, and illustrated with vintage pictures.
