I canceled a job today because of the ugly weather. I’ve been meaning to make some cheesy broccoli soup, a suggestion I got here a month or so ago on the soups thread.

I combined my mom‘s recipe with one I found online that looked really good. I tried it with cauliflower two weeks ago, but it was kind of a disaster. I tweaked things quite a bit and it turned out really good this time.

Oh, and I had venison back straps, cut in the medallions and grilled with onions and mushrooms last night.

There comes a point liberalism has gone too far, we're past that point.

Ha!

Been making it for years. I like it best off the paddle or side of the kettle but this is good too, lol

Yep, we sit around with spoons and clean a lot off the sides of the kettle after we’re done putting it in the loaf pans. That’s about as fresh as you can get it!

Eh...wot?
