~ADC~ OP The Count Joined: Jun 2010 Iowa	It's customary for sourdough bakers to name their starters with a clever name. My wife named her starter Doughmer Pile. You got a name for yours Nessy? Anyone else? Also she used some sourdough discard to make a homemade thin and crispy pizza crust last night. Very good! www.iowatrappertalk.com
