dont know if its true but just seen where a trucker killed 17 junior hockey players with a semi in Canada. all i hear about is those people get deported ??? I'm tired of "Murder by vehicle" and just deportation to a safe place

The drivers on his last leg fighting deportation and will most likely be shipped back soon. This is the incident where the trucker blew a stop sign, happened in 2018. I'm actually going to STA's AGM/Convention tomorrow in Humbolt for the weekend.

He got parol in 2023, but looks like he’ll be kicked out in the next few weeks leaving behind his wife & kids. I’ll take pics of the memorial at the arena where STAs is having their spring convention……… weathers supposed to go to crap tonight, so an 8hr drive could be a bit longer…lol

Yes. On the 9 hour drive up here while slowly creeping up to pass semis, you can tell what kind of driver is behind the wheel by how they’re handling their rig before you even see in the window. Get by and in front as quick as you can cuz some of them are deadly to be around.

Most of our truck drivers around here are pretty decent. I use them as my leader vehicle when on the interstates to keep me from going to fast. I get stopped way too often when I don't follow someone......jk

I have traveled Hwy1 east out of Winnipeg and 17 from Manitoba boarder to Vermilion Bay ON several times a year for over 40 years now. The last 5-6 years on 17 has been the scariest of all. They are trying to 4 lane it as fast as they can to make it safer. Would be faster and cheaper to just not issue CDL’s to people who don’t know how to drive.
