he is on supervised release and wearing two gps ankle monitors and one on each hand that have shock collar functions. if he thinks of posting anything naughty Santa hits the button that buzzes, then comes the jolt. He is tough and can handle it very well, I have faith in you ole trapping buddy.

I think the dual shock collars are on more sensitive parts than Savell's wrists.
