Took the river road from La Crosse to Prairie du Chien today. Saw a barge headed upstream north of the dam at Lynxville. Checked online and I see there are three barges north of Lynxville.

Spring is here!

Always a good sign. Haven't seen one going up Nothing being loaded at the grain terminal though but it won't be long.

Working in leclaire iowa now and I seen an ADM barge yesterday I assume going to Clinton iowa and when I was crossing the 80 bridge heading home today I saw one coming up the river.
