Ordered from F & T on Monday have tracked the shipment from Alpena - Grand Rapids - Gaylord - Grand Rapids - Detroit - Flint on successive days still not delivered. So far it has about a 1000 mi miles on it when we are only about 200 miles apart, could explain shipping costs.

Ordered again from F & T new order placed on Monday morning order delivered Tuesday at noon by FedEx exact same size order. Thanks F&T and FedEx.

Great I thought, it will be here tomorrow. Nope, they sent it from the Lehigh Valley all the way out to Columbus Ohio twelve hours away. Then on to Groveport Ohio where it is currently "moving through the netwoork."

No expected day of arrival has been posted in the six days since it left Gun Dog Supply's warehouse so I have no idea when it might show up.

It was forty minutes away...SMH

I had a package once shipped to me from 4 MILES AWAY. By the time I got it it traveled over 400 miles. You can't make this stuff up. USPS just keeps getting worse and worse. And the prices keep going up and up.

USPS refused to deliver 3 boxes to me this week, all the same day. Said they were too large. BS! I have seen them deliver boxes that were way larger. Went to town this morning to pick them up. One of the carriers was (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) that she should be furnished a pickup for all the boxes she has to deliver, my thought was those boxes are what is keeping your overpaid (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) in business!

Maybe we can thank DOGE for the firing of experienced postal workers. At least the ones who could read a label and make timely deliveries.

My wife has her medications delivered by mail. Last summer, her heart medicine sat in the post office for 2-weeks. We live 2 blocks from the post office. Our mail carrier checked to see if it came in, took it from the post masters desk and delivered it to us. Now he makes sure she gets her meds and they don’t end up on someone’s desk or the dead letter box.

IMHO the po has not replaced retired personal instead going with automated systems that doesn't work while raising rates to pay for them It maybe only me but i've had faster delivery during the Christmas season when they hire additional personal on a temporary basis

Are you trying to say this only became an issue since DOGE????

He sure seems to be trying hard to blame the inefficiency of the USPS on DOGE. LOL

USPS was the bottom sludge before DOGE came along, and still are.

As the old employees retire, they're replaced with diversity hires, apparently as long as you're the right flavor, reading and an actual IQ isn't necessary

Saw on the news earlier that the UPS wants to implement an 8 per cent fuel surcharge on "certain" postal options. This won't effect first class postage prices. Thought they said it would start April 26th. G.

Can anyone tell me the difference between FedEx and USPS? ........................ One is government funded managed, one is not. I sent a package yesterday to my youngest daughter for her birthday. It traveled and was successfully delivered from a large town to a relatively small town 3.5 hrs away in less than 24 hours. ANYTHING mailed by USPS takes at least 3 days to cover the same distance.
