Apparently, traveling at a high rate of speed while intoxicated, collided with another car and Wood’s car rolled over. It is said he crawled out of the passenger window. I sure wouldn’t want to be a passenger in his car with his past driving record.

He passed the breathalizer but refused a urine test.

If I remember right, I think he has had trouble keeping his car on the road in the past.

they gave him a freaking out by not getting a blood search warrant. we dont even do the intoxilizer anymore, get blood, dadgum dummies. Jury folks are normally comprised of middle age to older folks. However, it doesnt matter that much because we all have had bloodwork done for whatever reason. Jurors understand that. I can almost guarantee you, they didnt get the search warrant for blood due to who he is. Laziness

Makes me chuckle. He has asked forgiveness at least 4 times through the years from his fans for things he has done.

He will end up killing someone (or multiples) and all because he wasn't dealt with the way anyone should be who drinks and drives
