A friend brought his little girl over to visit and check out our place. He’s a hunter and a trapper too and wanted her to see that other girls are like her! She’s maybe 9-10? She got her first deer last year. I won’t post a pic because it’s not my place but she came inside the house to see the furs and my coyote blanket and set all the toy traps. I gave her a PTA coloring book and track ID card and ended up giving her one of the muskrats I tanned because her interest was so real. I can’t tell you how big my heart is right now.
She was adorable and so sweet!

Where did you get the track ID card? I have been working with my grandkids and think it would be nice to get them one to take out on the line.

PTA supplied me with a stack . I’m borrowing a crate of training supplies that includes tanned pelts, skulls, fake scat and foot imprints and a thumb drive with lots of activities and learning pages

Way to go Ashley, it’s great to see the excitement in the next generation. A guy my wife works with, his daughter has a huge interest in trapping. I made her a trapping bag up with all the things she needed to get started. He gave it to her while having my wife and I on a video call, it was awesome to see her excitement as she took out all the trapping stuff.

Smash your over your pm limit. Track id cards and coloring books as well as activities may be helpful for some of the classes my wife teaches. Would be some nieces things I can surprise her with.
