Im at about 25 hrs now. Not intentional just got busy today and didn't stop to eat.

Was up in the air about eating something tonight or not. Still was not overly hungry but stoped for a steak waiting on it to come out now.

Good for you . It does get easier if done right . On longer fasts , remember to protein up the last couple days before beginning.

About everyone has gone for 24 hours without food … a long day at work , unforeseen projects or events, the next thing you know most if not all of the day has gone . So you plan to eat much later that night.

Timing makes it easier. Your last meal in early evening, with all night sleeping, makes many of those hours go by anyway. Lots of water helps to feel good as detox and healing transpires.

Congratulations and good health to all who take the journey.

I once fastest for around 36 hours but it was just because we ran out of MRE's and conditions wouldn't allow a flight into the Bob Marshall for a resupply. An Army marches on it's stomach they say.........

Fasting for 72 hours is a great way to rid the body of heavy metals.

People should do it every year

TILL THAT DAY.....

How do people forget to eat? I can't hardly make it from breakfast to lunch.
Seriously, fasting a morning here and there is ok, but I need fuel or I would just be sitting down doing nothing.

Right now I’m having amnesia and déjà vu at the same time. I think I’ve forgotten this before.

I’d probably eat better there than I am right now. They probably would loose their collective minds when a geriatric trapper whipped up on all of their professional survivalists!
