I’d say Eaton since that’s what the breaker says.

Ensures all 3 phrases of power and the neutral are disconnected at the same time. Primarily used on unbalanced loads and sensitive equipment prone to harmonic currents.

Ok 3 phase panel

How do I determine voltage rating?
I need 277/480. Panel tag is faded

Or is that the only 3 phase available

I only see 2 bus bars. Not 3 phase.

Also is this what the power company would hook up to, or is it intended as a sub meter?

Back up several feet and take another picture. Also take a picture of the inside of the cover/door.

There’s gotta be a sticker or stamp somewhere that’ll tell you everything.
Some breakers will fit in other manufacturers panels, sometimes with force…lol. When we see this during an inspection, the breakers and panel are destroyed on site before we’ll heat er up.

That’s a pretty weird socket/panel combo, or is the panel just jammed right up against the meter socket?
The 200A FMU type with the splitter below the main are the cats meow. I highly recommended them to customers that have future plans. Well worth it for the extra $$$.

Pretty sure that's an old I T E 200 amp single phase 120/240V combination meter back/panel.
They factory paralleled those 2 100 amp 2 pole breakers to come up with a 200 amp rating. That's your main.

It is a meter base with Main that has provisions to feed a sub panel. You have the ability to use larger USE Wire in this box to feed a sub panel that needs power. As far as voltage goes a picture of the meter base would be of great assistance to what you have.

A regular breaker box with main only has connection for small wire like 12/2 etc.....

Interesting concept - so any fault in any of the (1) feeds of the (4) sub-panel feeds would trip them all? How does Article 240 of the Code cover this?

Lol…..Vinkes screwing with us. We need to see the big picture. There’s provisions for a neutral down in the corner, but doesn’t look like anything’s terminated, the bond buss is empty, there’s a white in the hot side of that 20A Eaton.
What are you up to Vinke?

Looks to me that the single pole breaker is a GFCI.

240.8 Fuses or Circuit Breakers in Parallel. Fuses and circuit
breakers shall be permitted to be connected in parallel where
they are factory assembled in parallel and listed as a unit. Individual
fuses, circuit breakers, or combinations thereof shall not
otherwise be connected in parallel.

Here's 240.8 Key is factory installed and listed as a unit, by UnderWriters Labratory, or whoever they've got to list them.

They can parallel breakers if they've got permission from UL but you can't do it as an installer in the field.
