Bigbuck OP trapper Joined: Feb 2009 St. James, Missouri	Well I finally pulled the trigger and bought myself a new 2026 Chevy 2500HD 6.6 gasser. Had my last truck 17 years so it was time to upgrade a little. Hopefully it's my last truck that I will buy but who knows. Tomorrow I get a roll up bed topper & a bed mat liner. A long hair country boy can survive

Shakeyjake trapper Joined: Jun 2022 Manitoba	Nice! I don’t think you’ll regret it……other than figuring out how to set it up with your phone and all the settings and controls….lol. Screw gas mileage. If it’s good on gas, that’s a plus. I don’t buy trucks by looking at the fuel mileage. I like the 3/4 tons from Ford & Chev. It’s like they’re a much more quality vehicle compared to the 1/2 tons…….but I think they’re built at different plants too? Wind Blew, crap flew, out came the line crew

The town will always hold a special place in my heart. I bought a 2017 8 foot bed ford and told my wife it’s most likely my last truck unless I total it. Wow hard to still find a 8 foot bed around here enjoy the new wheels

Nice rig hopefully give you years of pleasurable carefree driving, not sure what they use on the roads there in MO in the winter but might also consider spraying the underside to prevent salt damage.
