You are correct, HT.However, as some of us say, The state bird of MN is the loon. They need to make the wood tick the state insect. Then MN can be appropriately named, The Loon-a-Tick state, not the gopher state as it is now called.

I can't imagine there are too many people blessed with common sense that don't think welfare fraud is a major problem and are opposed to it. Shirley should be heralded as a hero for being so bold to shed some light on the issue.
