I am looking for the best pneumatic or even manual machines that can bottle 2oz and 4oz jars of petroleum based lures and is also capable of jarring 16 oz. Grinded meat - paste bait consistency in 16 oz. Containers.

Can anybody recommend a particular make and model that can do this

Or if anyone that is using something like this to help jar/container trapping baits and lure - share the information where I can purchase a Machine that works for this.

Thank You

I would be surprised the markets big enough for one lure line( or ten) to have a bottling machine. We lines up jars/ bottles
Poured in lure,, scooped in baits

Work hard play hard

Yeah that’s what I’ve been doing but looking at opening my own trapping bait and lure company and wanted to see if there was something out there that could help speed up the process. Been making a coyote bait and raccoon DP bait along with a marten and fisher lure for several years Had several people testing it and got excellent results got more trappers that use social media using the baits this year in an attempt to make some Sales. I only make small batches and the baits won’t be ready until early fall but trying to get some customers before a make a big batch.

I thank you for your reply!

I've seen some makeshift things put together by others who sale lure and bait. Not quite a bottling machine but speeds the process up. Maybe someone will share some of their homemade tricks.

I saw where one individual used gravity feed. Had a spigot valve and would open it and close it for it each bottle. Was a thinner lure.

If your petroleum-based lures are warmed into a liquid for your formulations take a look at stainless steel pancake batter dispensers. There's 40oz one on amazon for $20 that also has a no-drip valve.

Conservation begins on the trapline.

For paste type lures I put it in a half gal or gallon zip lock bag depending on volume and cut a hole in the corner and squeeze it out like a cake decorator.

Look to small scale jelly/jam bottling equipment.
