It really tuns out well for very little effort.

Thanks, Thomas! Well I hope you enjoy you evening. You could do a frozen pizza or just some ice cream! laugh

Thank you so very much, Ohio Wolverine! We do mix it up in terms of how we make fish and whether it has any kind of breading or batter. I'll do something totally different next time!

Ha had a kit kat. Evening great. The girls are enjoying the Chinese "Shen Yun" ballet. I am getting laundry done!

You always eat good and make some magazine worthy dishes to see. I bet they taste just as good.

I have thawed out a nice moose roast over nite. I plan on putting it in the cast iron dutch oven for dinner tonite. Adding some red taters, celery, sweet vadalia onions and a few morels and some ramps thrown in. Some ckn broth for the bath. I dont have any beef broth, shouldnt matter much for the flavor.

Thanks, Flipper!

Thank you, Bob! Your dinner sounds wonderful. We've had some ramps here but no morels. You're making me hungry with all of that!

You're welcome, Sharon! I am so glad Zim decided to can potatoes last year. He usually grows baby reds and Yukon golds, and last year he canned some of each. What a treat!

Girls and their friends had a great time. We live in the sticks but only about an hour from Detroit. Wife gets the kids out to see art when it comes around. Their friends started tagging along. Mind blowing to them and torture to me! I get a quiet night. Worth the price of admission! In truth I have been to everything from the Phantom of the Opera to River Dance. Put my time in and now it is a ladies night out. I spare no cost on the seats. The ladies talk about the shows for weeks.

Fun note the girls have danced with the Russian Nut Cracker ballet troupe as well as the one from the Ukraine. It is a trick to sell tickets but the girls had a blast.

Before and after Sunday moose dinner roast. Just got some work done before I had to come in and take it out of the oven. It is dinner time now.
